About Maude Blair
Maude Blair is currently the tribal justice manager for the Alaska Native Justice Center, sits on the board of the Alaska Native Heritage Center, and is one of the co-chairs of the Alaska Native Law Section of the Alaska Bar Association. She previously worked for the Southcentral Foundation, the Alaska Federation of Natives, NANA Development Corporation and the Native American Rights Fund, and served on the boards of LifeCenter Northwest and the Anchorage Neighborhood Health Center.
Blair, Inupiaq, grew up in Kiana and Kotzebue. She earned her undergraduate degrees from the University of Alaska Fairbanks and earned her Juris Doctor and Indian Law Certificate from Arizona State University.
